Before you write a Knowledgebase Article

What makes for a quality post:

• Relevent, useful and up-to-date information on the latest gaming and Minecraft server trends.
• DNS guides for registrars
• Mods and modpacks
• Basic to indeterminate server management
• Plugin-specific guides

If you're not sure, contact support with your ideas, and we'll give you feedback.

Please do:

• Ensure you use correct spelling and grammar
• Use clear and concise English (English only)
• Make sure your post is relevant and useful
• Use screenshots, images or diagrams to make your article easy to understand
• Post the article in the correct category

Please do not:

• Imply that your articles are written by System413 or its staff
• Write unprofessional rants or criticize/attack a particular service provider or person
• Make posts that are blatantly advertising another hosting provider or spam
• Create tutorials on bypassing server limits or which may otherwise break our terms of service
